"Ariel's Grotto" is a NEWLY REMODELED 6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom executive home in WINDSOR HILLS with PRIVATE POOL AND SPA. This home has been freshly painted inside and out, grout fully cleaned, new wood flooring upstairs and new carpet installed, new luxurious mattresses, mattress pads and sheets, and organic bath towels. Brand new comforters, curtains, area rugs and deluxe DISNEY pool/beach towels for 14. The kitchen has been fully stocked with everything new. Keurig coffee maker, 12 cup coffee pot, griddle, mickey waffle maker, complete table settings for 15, outdoor plates and glasses for patio area, silverware for 18, kids plates, cups, trays and plasticware. Mickey and Minnie tea cups, coffee cups for 12, every kitchen utensil you can imagine, new baking, cooking and frying pans, Tupperware, every glass you can imagine right down to white and red wine glasses....nothing has been overlooked! All new furniture and decor has been added throughout.

We know there are so many houses to choose from for vacation, in Orlando and even in Windsor Hills, but we have made sure this home has everything that you will need with the highest standards. Windsor Hills is the best located short term rental community closest to Disney with amazing clubhouse amenities. We had looked at so many homes prior to buying two in Windsor Hills which allowed us to know what we should do better and what features, standards or amenities other houses were not offering. Unlike many other homes you will see, Ariel's Grotto, has newly taken photos (August 2025) shown on this page, so you can be assured what you see is what you will get! The owners are a family of five and we have SEVEN properties in Windsor Hills (the first was purchased February 2019) and we want our properties to be cherished by not only ourselves during vacations but also our guests!
