Please note: This home is going under complete renovations February 28, 2023 to replicate our Adventureland home, with the exception of the Animal Kingdom room and Ariel Room.  It will have two King bedrooms downstairs and a Queen bedroom downstairs (Instead of bunk bed room) and upstairs will be the same Star Wars twin bedroom and a Rapunzel Twin bedroom instead of Ariel twin bedroom.  It will have same colors and game room and will be available for rental starting in May.  Rates will be similar to Adventureland as well with palm trees and large private backyard.

We are 2.1 miles (or 5 minutes) from the entrance to Walt Disney World. World class golf courses, shopping (premium outlets malls) and restaurants are within 5 to 20 minutes. Easy driving to beautiful beaches such as Clearwater Beach and Cocoa Beach.

Our management company has policies to oversee the cleaning and strict disinfectant of our home. We are using CDC approved cleaners to disinfect the home in between guests. Each cleaning includes disinfectant of all high-touch surfaces including light switches, faucets, door knobs, cabinet pulls, appliances, hand railing, and remotes.

Contact-less check-in, check-out, and enjoyment of a private pool all without any person-to-person contact! We have a keyless entry system and we will provide you an individual pin code that will grant you access into the home. There's no where to "check-in" or "check-out"

Our home is a beautiful 5 bed/5 bath 2 story detached home which can easily sleep 10 people with a private swimming pool, hot tub, wireless internet access, flat screen HDTV in all rooms, free phone calls across North America, laundry, stroller, high chair, hair dryers and open concept & fully equipped kitchen in a gated resort community.

The home is as easily suited for 1 to 3 families with children of all ages (high chair, playpen, car seats, games, sports equipment are on site) as it is for an adults only get away. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV with remote control The kitchen is fully loaded with high end appliances and utensils. The backyard patio offers a beautiful dining area as well as a place to relax.

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground. An enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, ping-pong tables, video game area, sundry shop, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high definition surround sound movie theater. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family. The resort community center also features lighted tennis & basketball courts, sand volleyball, and a castle themed children’s playground.

Don't worry about your basic grocery needs because Windsor Hills has a great Market Place for that. There is also a Grill so you can grab a bite (Both located in the Community Centre). Enjoy some sandwiches, order some beverages, or snacks and get the most out of your relaxing sunny day with no worries!

There are lots of grocery delivery and drop off services available too.

We are personally at your service and have an experienced local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that may arise during your stay. We provide fresh linens and towels, starter soaps, and basic paper products.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
