From new paint, carpeting, patio furniture and dining for 12, to furniture and bedrooms to deluxe towels, 1000 count linen sheets, pillows, mattresses, kitchen accessories and beach towels.

We added Disney Beauty and the Beast touches throughout this home to make your stay special. We understand you have a lot of choices when you chose a vacation home and we can assure you choosing this home will be the right decision. Prior to buying these homes we stayed in homes and realized they didn't have the extras we expected or wanted and what you see was not usually what we got. So we decided to change things and offer guests a trip of a lifetime and have had so much fun! Every decision has been based on "this will make them smile"!

This home has a private pool and hot tub in addition to free access to the community pool and waterpark! This home is walking distance to the clubhouse pool and amenities. This home is in a 24/7 guarded and gated community- 5 minutes to highway 192 with plenty of restaurants, stores, Super WalMart and activities. Our homes are so unique with so many extra features like no other Windsor Hills homes.

This home will be continually upgraded. The owners and their children are from the US and also use this home often so you can trust it will be cared for. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
